This project was a large-scale, multi-building design with a client we have worked with for many years.
For the apartments’ indoor common areas, our team analyzed the space, sketched designs and provided a 3D photometric rendering that visually represented fixture options. The 3D rendering ensured that the building facade lighting met design intent, building codes and the client’s expectations for a high-profile property.
The interior lighting features a unique cascading lamp fixture that draws the eye to the vaulted ceiling. Harmonizing with the wood paneling and statement furniture, the fixture enhances the building’s spacious lodge ambiance.
For the outdoor lighting, we provided fixture options and samples to ensure that the final result met all design, building code and lighting requirements and enhanced the high rise’s warm, upscale aesthetic.
